Game 1:
Penn State Hazleton used a clutch seventh-inning rally to edge Penn State Schuylkill 4–3.
Hazleton struck first in the opening inning, capitalizing on early opportunities. An RBI groundout from Cooper Ansbach plated the game's first run, and a Schuylkill error later in the frame allowed another run to score, giving Hazleton a quick 2–0 lead. After the fifth inning Schuylkill would have the 3-2 advantage. Hazleton's persistent offense, finishing with 11 hits, finally broke through in the seventh. In the decisive inning, Dylan Colantone delivered the game-winning hit, a two-run single to center field that scored Ryan Racho and Michael Pecora, flipping the score back in Hazleton's favor at 4–3.
Gavin Wallace earned the win for Hazleton with a complete-game effort, allowing only two hits and three runs while striking out four and working around five walks.
Ultimately, Hazleton's depth and timely hitting in the final inning secured the comeback victory in a tightly contested matchup.
Game 2:
After a narrow loss in the opener, Penn State Schuylkill bounced back with a 6–1 victory over Penn State Hazleton.
After falling behind early, Hazleton cut the deficit to 2-1, but this would be the only run they would produce. Hazleton recorded only 4 hits during the outing, with Maximus Cuevas producing two of those. Perhaps the most encouraging takeaway came from the bullpen. After a tough start, Josh Smeltzer settled things down with a strong relief outing, allowing just two runs (one earned) over four innings while striking out two. He effectively limited further damage and gave Hazleton a chance to stay within reach. Eli Tyrrell also added a scoreless inning to close the game.
