Game 1:
Penn State Hazleton did just enough to secure a 4–3 victory over Manor College. Manor College struck first in the opening inning, but Penn State Hazleton responded in the third inning with a three-run rally. After tying the game on a fielder's choice sequence, Aiden Rodriguez came through with a clutch two-run single to left field, giving Hazleton a 3–1 advantage. They added another run in the fifth inning when Cooper Ansbach drove in Maximus Cuevas with an RBI single to extend the lead to 4-1. Manor College mounted a late rally in the seventh inning, scoring twice on RBI singles from Charlie Levy and Perez to cut the deficit to one. However, the comeback fell just short as Hazleton's pitching staff held on in the final moments.
On the mound, Eli Tyrrell was dominant for Hazleton, tossing six innings while allowing just one run on four hits and striking out five to earn the win. Despite some control issues from the bullpen in the seventh, Hazleton managed to close things out, with Maximus Cuevas recording the final out for the save.
Penn State Hazleton's aggressive baserunning proved to be a key factor in the game, as they racked up multiple stolen bases and consistently pressured Manor's defense.
Game 2:
Penn State Hazleton's offense erupted in dominant fashion, rolling to a 15–4 victory over Manor College. The win capped a sweep on the day and showcased an overwhelming offensive performance highlighted by 18 hits. Manor College briefly grabbed an early lead in the first inning, However, that advantage was short-lived as Penn State Hazleton responded with a massive six-run bottom half of the inning to seize control for good. The rally was sparked by Aiden Rodriguez, who launched a three-run home run to put Hazleton ahead 3–1. The inning continued to unravel for Manor, as Trent Strohecker, Josh Smeltzer, and Ryan Racho each contributed RBIs to extend the lead to 6–1. Hazleton didn't let up in the second inning, adding five more runs to break the game open at 11–1. Strohecker delivered again with an RBI single, while Dylan Colantone and Quinn Roche also drove in runs. Penn State Hazleton continued to pile on, adding a single run in the third and three more in the fourth to reach 15 total runs. Rodriguez led the charge with three RBIs, while Strohecker added two RBIs and three hits. Roche was perfect at the plate, going 3-for-3 with an RBI.
On the mound, Jake Bobish earned the win for Hazleton, allowing four runs on five hits over four innings while striking out three. Sam Bechtel closed out the game with a scoreless inning.
With the sweep, Penn State Hazleton improves their record to 11-9 and builds momentum, while Manor College continues its search for a first win of the season.
